My Brain Hurts, Jobs, Violent Femmes and crap

Hey congrats on the job Mikey. My Mom was just asking me if you found a job yet. About the CD, yeah I think it's a great CD. I've heard most of the songs other places (different versions or live versions on other CDs) and they're all great songs. However, in my opinion, it's nothing all that fabulous. If I had to pick all my favorite SW songs they would be from all of their albums. So basically, it is kind of like a "Don't Back Down", it's all around a good album and probably the best if you consider all the songs on it. But then again sometimes I like "Love Songs" better than "Don't Back Down". I wanted to burn SW's "Kill the Musicians" which is kind of a collection like "Later Days and Better Lays". It's got some great stuff, including versions of songs from "My Brain Hurts" and their versions of some Ramones songs. (If you didn't know, the Queers, SW, and MTX all did covers of whole Ramones albums). Anyways.... about the Violent Femmes, I have no idea what or where Mc Fadens is. I looked, but I guess it's not really a club or anything if it's outdoors. If we don't figure it out we could always go see them in Loiusville on the 30th. Sorry about not posting for a while, I didn't see any of the posts in the past few days. Who would of thought I would have to click the refresh button for them to pop up? Damn computers. Ok now that Steve's apologized, I'll also apologize for the things that I wrote. I wouldn't have said any of that if you guys hadn't started the whole insult war. I'm done with it. With that said, wednesday is my only day off this week, and I have no plans, so I'm up for whatever. Golf, bowling, movie, dinner, whatever, give me a call if you're not doing anything wednesday. Hey man I'm always looking for other drivers from the Hut when I'm working. But there's like 20 million people that have the same car as you, and it's hard to pick you out without a big ass sign on your car like me. I only heard someone honk once, and I didn't see who was honking or at what. But I'm always looking man.

Sorry I didn't come out saturday night, but going to BW3s just isn't as fun as it used to be, and I had to feed snakes and clean out cages. I'll go next time I promise. Well have a nice week everyone. -goob-

p.s. Dominos drivers don't leave the store with more than $20. I actually got in trouble for that because I had $5 in my wallet so I had $25. Dumb shit. If I get robbed why do they care if I lose my own money?

Ok you just answered my question, I don't see what was stupid about it. I know what a fucking cover song is, I was asking if you just wanted old songs like Beach Boys, the Who, and stuff like that, or if you were looking for ALL their cover songs including Screeching Weasel and Mr. T Experience and shit. If you're including all those, then you have to add the whole Ramones album they covered, but it looks like you got most of the other ones. For the record, Mrs Brown You've Got an Ugly Daughter is not a cover, there's a completely different song called Mrs. Brown You've got a Lovely Daughter. And Screeching Weasel has a song called Amy saw me Looking at Her Boobs which is Fuck The World with different lyrics, I don't know if you want to include that, but it's pretty funny anyway. Oh and you forgot And I Will Be with You by the Mr. T Experience. If I think of any more I'll let you know. Asshole. -goob-

Queers cover songs

What kind of covers are you looking for? Just the old rock songs or covers of other punk bands like SW and MTX? They do covers of other punk bands a lot at their shows. I'll see what I can find as far as older songs though.

School is swell by the way.... got an A on my second english paper, and have an A so far in Bio.

Dominos is pretty swell too, easy as hell and everyone is really nice. They're all easily impressed there, I guess they're not used to Goob and Merz caliber employees.
